  • BPJS Ketenagakerjaan: 2% JHT (Old Age Security) + 1% JP (Pension, capped at max salary base ~Rp 10.042.300).
  • BPJS Kesehatan: 1% (Employee share, capped at max salary base ~Rp 12.000.000).
  • PPH 21 (Income Tax): Uses the simplified TER (Tarif Efektif Rata-rata) method for monthly deduction estimates, or annualized progressive layers (Layer 1: 5%, Layer 2: 15%, etc.) minus your PTKP.
